Thank you.I thought this book would be as cool as the other high contrast baby books that we have. The ones from Julissa Mora are their artistic where this one just seems to be sort of generic cut and paste. Buy all of hers before you buy this one.Bought this book to help our 4 week old baby learn and develop. Over the last month (now 8 weeks old), she’s had little to no interest in the images of this book, despite liking many other high contrast flash cards we bought her.I think it would help to have a book with more simple high contrast shapes like this has, mixed with more complex images to keep babies engaged as they develop (ex: a striped referee shirt).Physical Quality of book is good.I bought a similar book from this collection and I liked it. I bought this one to build a collection for my son and was disappointed that there are no words in this book. I have to be creative and make up a story or explain the picture to my son. There aren’t really any words I wish it actually told a short story but it’s high contrast and good for baby. When our infant began to really focus on things, we started reading this book. It consists of huge solid images in contrasting colors, which is all babies can really see. He would just stare and focus on it. Now that he is older, he loves to try to grab the images on the pages. Perfect book for developing babies. It’s not what I was expecting, and the content didn’t appeal, as most of his books doThis is a cute, high contrast book. However, some of the pages have colors other than black and white (which is fine) but it is difficult to tell what the exact color is on some of them. The colors need to be more saturated, especially when being used to teach an infant about colors. Disappointed with this one.I find this book boring. There’s other better black and white books for babies.I bought this, along with another in the series, and they're a huge hit. Before baby, I didn't realize that high contrast books are the most appealing to babies because of their (lack of) eye development. That's definitely true with this book.It doesn't have words - just photos, so my husbands makes up stories to go with the pages. Baby has no idea what we're saying anyway and hubby's quite pleased with his creativity, so there's that. And it arrived in mint condition.. Thanks Amazon. We bought this one to complete the awesome collection... and there is no text in the pages. DS loves to stare at the letters, so obviously he prefers other books. The other high contrast books are better. There are no words in this one.
