Superbly & clearly written, I highly recommend this textbook. The student's Solutions Manual contains solutions to ALL odd numbered end of chapter exercises which is unique. The strategic approach is also very unique and also effective - it’s not just a slogan - it manifests itself throughout the book with many overviews, “looks ahead”, referrals back to previous chapters, very concise summaries at the end of each part of book (also at end of each chapter -which is not unique to this textbook), and much more. The layout and illustrations are also superb, and there are many excellent examples, exercises, solution-strategies, overview of types of mathematical relationships (e.g. inverse square laws, quadratic relationships etc); a clear distinction between the conceptual and quantitative coverage. The authors clearly know and love both Physics AND their students. Great book.
