An excellent treatment of the new and complex context of global health partnerships, and solid guidance on ways to chart the course, manage and lead for success. Provides excellent tools and references. I don't agree with the other reviewer that its really just for beginners. I think anyone can benefit from the approach and tools as a set of great things to keep in mind and best practices honed over decades of collective experience. So much money would be better spent if everyone paid attention to these things. I also plan to use several chapters in my course on health organization leadership and management.
