The scale was great and we used it in our busy vet office every day for a year. Then it just froze and would not turn on. I can not seem to be able to contact the company. I would love to give more stars if they replace the scale, but for the cost and the "reputation" it should be much better. Our second scale is a generic and "lesser-brand" that gets used the same if not more (especially now) and is going strong with no problems.
