This is exactly what I was looking for. Assembly was easy, I was surprised how larger it was then expecting. I had originally ordered a different brand/bassinet but ended up returning it due to lack of sturdiness. This one seems to be heavy duty and sturdy. I love how it’s the perfect size for your baby to sleep in it for a while compared to others being smaller and only lasting 4 months. Also the leveling is awesome to adjust height to your bed. Another positive is it’s able to be disassembled for a traveling bassinet with the bag it comes in and it’s compact. So for I love it can’t wait for my baby to use it next month for his arrival.Like the color and durable.After months of searching for a bassinet that would be tall enough for my tall bed and sturdy enough to not tip if my toddler grabs it, I came across this one. It is exactly what I needed and is big enough to last longer than two months! Lots of space for baby & and very sturdy!The Dream on me Flora bassinet, is a beautiful, stylish, modern looking bassinet. My how far baby bassinets have come over the years. Over my 25 years of being a mama to 5 babies, I have seen them from way back then, and several times in between, they’ve only gotten better and better. Yes, they are more expensive now, but those past ones were just standard, run of the mill bassinets. That means zero bells and whistles. Times have changed. Prices go up as quality goes up, and the functions do, too.Dream on me, is a well respected brand, and I’ve owned a bassinet before from them with my daughter. I trust the brand, and this product is of terrific quality. It has 5 adjustment levels. Bassinets of the past didn’t have but one level. This can be adjusted for your own height help when picking up and putting down baby, but also to get it equal to your bed for use as a co-sleeper.I kind of prefer the dream on me model that looks like this one, but has the side flap down to put directly against the bed. This one has lower legs that bend inward to get it as near to your bed as is possible, and this may be preferred by some if it’s a perfect fit, but on my bed it does not line up close enough.. not sure why. Just a few inches ‘off’ isn’t perfection to me. I want it flush, but I’m sure many won’t have this issue. My bed is quite high. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I had a cosleeper once that actually anchored onto that same bed, so I don’t know the problem, but again.. every bed and bassinet is different. I like the other for that one aspect of things, but this is a worthy investment in a whole, too. It’s a solid piece of baby equipment, but you’d have to buy it to try it. If it doesn’t work out you could return it.This has a 1 inch thick mattress pad included, and a lightweight, aluminum frame, which aluminum is light, though very strong, but the weight of this, makes the bassinet easy to carry from room to room, even floor to floor, so it will stand the test of time, with more than one baby, should you choose to have another.The prints available weren’t my fave, but I picked what I liked best. It’s a super solid, terrific bassinet overall, I just haven’t been able to get it close enough to my particular bed, but aside from that… I adore it! Definitely more pros then cons. There are many different styles, but we picked this one because of the height-adjustments and sturdiness. We were pleasantly surprised at how light it was and easy to assemble. The biggest disappointment is that the side can't open/fold down to make it easier to access directly from the bed. The carry bag is a nice plus, but I'm not sure if I would be taking this on vacations... it's easy assembly, but there are others which are far simpler and more portable than this.Assembly was easy and very sturdy.
